At eSoulbike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the e-bike components or kit in the original box, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
